This is my favorite Lemon Pasta Recipe. I think it works best with Spaghetti, Linguine or Angel Hair Pasta. The burst of Lemon and creamy texture make this the perfect Spring or Summer Pasta Dish. We have this at least once a week and often I serve it with beautiful Tuna packed in Olive Oil from Spain or Italy.
